Refund and Return Policy
1. Digital Products and Instant Downloads
Our digital delivery infrastructure is immediate. Upon successful payment verification, digital products including eBooks, digital planners, and PDF files are instantly dispatched. Due to the immediate and replicable nature of digital goods, all digital sales are strictly final and non-refundable. By executing a digital purchase, you explicitly waive your right to a cooling-off period. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items under any circumstances.
2. Physical Inventory Return Window
For physical products shipped to your location (printed books, physical journals, coloring books), our return policy lasts strictly for 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility and Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a physical return, your item must be absolutely unused and in the exact pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We explicitly do not grant partial refunds. If a physical book or journal is returned with bent corners, cracked spines, written notes, or any obvious signs of use, the refund request will be unilaterally denied. The ruined item will not be shipped back to you unless you finance the secondary return shipping cost.
4. Exempt and Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are strictly exempt from being returned:
Downloadable digital products and eBooks.
Gift cards.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional clearance (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
5. The Refund Processing Protocol
Do not send your purchase back to the publisher or manufacturer. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number and proof of purchase.
Once your physical return is received at our facility and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the inventory. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have received an approval notification but have not yet seen the refund in your account, execute the following steps before contacting support:
- Check your bank account ledger again.
- Contact your credit card company. It often takes up to 7 business days before a refund is officially posted to your statement.

7. Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are structurally defective or damaged upon initial arrival. If you receive a damaged physical item and need to exchange it for the exact same product, contact us immediately at [Insert Contact Email] with photographic evidence of the damage.
8. Shipping Liabilities and Return Costs
To return an eligible physical product, you will be provided with our facility shipping address upon RMA approval.
You hold absolute responsibility for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the exact cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you are returning expensive physical items, you are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. New Edition holds zero liability for return packages lost in transit, and we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
